I’m Drew Pitt, an experienced SEO content writer, copywriter, and journalist who has worked with major brands spanning from tech to popular entertainment.

I’ve worked in the world of content and copywriting for more than a decade. During that time I’ve had the pleasure of helping some of the world’s largest brands increase their search traffic, SERP positioning, and conversion rate.

I originally began offering freelance services in 2020 and primarily worked in journalism and SEO. During that first stint of freelance work, I won an award for my article on the history of craft brewing in Chattanooga.

I chose to start offering freelance writing services to fill a gap between what small businesses want to pay for SEO and copywriting services and what agencies want to be paid. As an independent contractor, I can charge fair rates for my work and work with clients that I know are doing good in their community.

In my free time, I enjoy writing well-informed and meticulously researched reviews of popular musicians with a focus on their live experiences. I also run a music blog centered on extreme metal and harsh experimental music coverage.

When I’m not writing, I spend my time supporting local businesses, kickboxing, attending concerts, exploring Chattanooga, traveling, and taking in the very best art, media, and food that the South has to offer.
